1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using GEO Kami ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
GEO Kami is a Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) scanning tool that analyzes websites for AI Agent readiness. The Service performs automated audits covering:
- Website discoverability (robots.txt, sitemap.xml, security.txt)
- AI accessibility (llms.txt, Markdown negotiation, Open Graph tags)
- Bot control and AI privacy compliance
- AI protocol discovery (MCP, A2A, OAuth, OpenAPI)
- AI readability (structured data, content provenance)
- Security and user experience checks
- Commerce integration readiness
3. Accounts and Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Points and Credits
The Service uses a points-based credit system:
- Points are consumed when performing scans and using premium features
- Quick scans cost 5 points; full scans cost 20 points
- Points can be purchased through subscription plans or one-time credit packs
- Free users receive 100 points upon registration
- Daily login bonuses: +5 points (7-day streak bonus: +20 points)
- Referral bonus: +50 points per successful referral
Points are non-refundable, non-transferable, and have no cash value. We reserve the right to modify point costs and earning methods.
5. Subscription Plans
Subscription plans provide monthly point allocations and additional features:
100 points, 1 site, basic scans
500 points, 5 sites, full scans, scheduled scans, PDF export, API access
2000 points, 20 sites, team collaboration, batch scanning, priority support
Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Unused points do not roll over between billing cycles unless specified.
6. Refund and Cancellation Policy
We offer a straightforward refund and cancellation policy aligned with Stripe's best practices for SaaS businesses.
Subscription Cancellations
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Dashboard → Settings → Billing page
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- You retain full access to all paid features until the billing period ends
- No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of the current billing period
- Upon cancellation, your account reverts to the Free plan at the end of the billing cycle
Refund Eligibility
- First-time subscribers: Full refund within 7 days of initial payment if you are unsatisfied with the service
- Renewal charges: Refund requests within 48 hours of an automatic renewal will be honored
- Duplicate charges: Full refund for any erroneous or duplicate charges
- Service outage: Pro-rated refunds for extended service unavailability exceeding 24 consecutive hours
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days
How to Request a Refund
- Email billing@geokami.com with your account email and reason for the refund
- Include the transaction date and amount if possible
- We respond to all refund requests within 2 business days
- You may also initiate cancellation and refund through the Stripe Customer Portal (accessible from your Billing page)
Non-Refundable Items
- One-time points/credits purchases after they have been partially or fully consumed
- Subscription payments older than 7 days (first-time) or 48 hours (renewal)
- Chargebacks filed without prior contact: we ask that you contact us first to resolve any billing issues directly
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to scan websites you do not own or have permission to analyze
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the Service
- Use automated tools to abuse the points system or bypass rate limits
- Share scan results publicly that contain sensitive or proprietary information of third parties
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws
8. Scan Results and Accuracy
The Service provides automated analysis based on publicly available website data. We make no guarantees regarding:
- The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of scan results
- That implementing recommendations will improve your site's AI Agent compatibility
- Continuous availability or uptime of the Service
Scan results reflect the state of the target website at the time of scanning and may become outdated as websites change.
10. Referral Program
Users who refer new sign-ups receive 50 points per successful referral. A referral is considered successful when the referred user creates an account and completes their first scan. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time.
11. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, scanning engine, design, and branding, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without explicit permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GEO Kami shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or via email. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
